Discover the vibrant Saint Michel neighborhood with a guided visit, followed by a market tour at the Marché des Capucins.

Then, enjoy a hands-on cooking class at The Gastronome, where you'll create and savor a five-course seasonal bistro meal, expertly paired with local wines.

During this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to prepare the perfect pan-grilled duck breast.

After preparing our meal, you will enjoy your perfectly plated entrée with Sarlat potatoes, a seasonal vegetable, and a sauce.

You will also taste two regional wines, including the local sparkling wine, Crémant de Bordeaux.

You will enjoy a welcome cocktail made with a local specialty wine. We will also introduce you to the region's sparkling wine —Crémant.
