Any class we offer can be made private. We offer various proposals depending on the size of your group and what you would like to make or learn.

Our kitchen comfortably seats up to 8 for a more hands-on experience and up to 15 participants for a demonstration-style class.

We propose the following two options:

Theater-style seating (for up to 30 people) featuring:

Cooking demonstration and tastings of regional specialties such as duck, cheese, and canelés.

Split into two groups (up to 15 each) and alternate:

A cooking class (Gâteau Basque, for example) with a food walking tour.

Virtual Tour of Bordeaux Wine Regions: 

Embark on a tasting journey through the renowned Bordeaux appellations, sampling wines from top producers. Each wine is expertly paired with our popular small-plate French fusion dishes, such as Gougères with piment d’Espelette, for an unforgettable culinary and wine experience. 

We currently offer these paired tastings for private groups.
